1. General

This website is owned and operated by Logan Frost Photography. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Logan Frost Photography. By accessing this site and/or booking any of our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

 

 2. Booking and Payment

* A signed contract and non-refundable booking fee are required to secure your wedding date.
* The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon date outlined in your contract (typically before the wedding day).
* Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until the booking fee is received.

 

 3. Cancellations and Refunds

* The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
* If you cancel your booking after payment, additional charges may apply based on how close the cancellation is to the event date.
* If we are unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, we will refund any payments made (excluding services already delivered) or make reasonable efforts to find a replacement photographer.

 

 4. Copyright and Image Use

* Logan Frost Photography retains full copyright of all images.
* Clients receive a license for personal use only (e.g., printing, sharing on social media).
* Images may not be edited, sold, or altered in any way without written permission.
* We may use images for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolios, publications), unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

 

 5. Client Responsibilities

* Clients must ensure we have access to the venue(s) and cooperation from all parties for the agreed time.
* A schedule, shot list, or timeline should be shared at least one week prior to the event.
* We are not responsible for missed moments due to interference, delays, or restricted access during the day.

 

 6. Delivery of Images

* Edited images are delivered via an online gallery within agreed time if unless otherwise specified of the event.
* Print and album delivery times may vary depending on your selections.
* RAW files are not included unless previously agreed upon in writing.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

* While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, or client interference).
* In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

 

8. Website Use

* All content on this website (text, images, branding, etc.) is owned by Logan Frost Photography and protected by copyright law.
* You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

 

9. Privacy
